FAQs for Prospective Members

  • As a whole team, we meet once per week. Executive members have an additional meeting each week. For the Fall 2024 semester, our general meeting will be Wednesdays from 6 to 7.

  • This depends on what position you have in Grehan and what is going on that week. VPs and AEs are leadership roles, and with that comes more responsibility. VP’s and AE’s spend probably 5 hours per week on Grehan. Typically general members spend 2 hours on Grehan per week. If you are on the events team, a week that you have an event would be more time-consuming. Time responsibilities change week to week. However, Grehan is very understanding of a busy schedule with school and other curricular activities.

  • There are no fees or dues. However, an attendance policy is enforced and if broken, fines can be given.

  • The firm director works alongside our advisors to oversee the firm. Account Executives and VP’s make up our executive team. There is one Account Executive for each client we have. We have five “teams” with one VP for each: events, growth and acquisition, public relations, finance and analytics, and creative. The VP’s oversee general members on each team.

  • We currently have 17 active members.

  • Grehan Associates is a full-service student agency. This means we can provide a vast array of marketing and communications deliverables. We can work on social media, graphic design, websites, blogs and newsletters, event planning, and marketing analytics. If you are looking for something that is not listed here, don’t fret! Fill out the Client Contact form and our Firm Director can answer more specific questions. You are the client, and we want you to be satisfied! We will try our hand at any asks you may have.

  • Because we are students and we appreciate the opportunity to grow with your business, we offer our services at no cost to you. However, business owners are responsible for the cost of any materials/platforms/etc. that they wish for us to use.

  • You can get in touch with our Firm Director, MaKenzie Purdom, by filling out the form on our website. Go to the Main Navigation bar above, hover over the “Work With Us” tab, and then select “Client Contact Form.”

  • Fill out the contact form anyway! We are happy to organize a meeting where you can ask your more specific questions and learn more about the services that Grehan is able to provide.

  • After you fill out the Client Contact Form, you will receive a response from our Firm Director within 48 business hours. From there, MaKenzie will set up a time to meet with you to discuss our services and structure more in detail. If you are interested in becoming a client, you will be asked to sign our Client Contract. Once that is signed, you will meet with our Account Executive, who will be your main point of contact from that point on. The AE will have periodic meetings with you to discuss what your marketing needs are and what goals you wish to accomplish. She will report back to our teams and our teams will work on your communications materials and strategies!
